Staff Qualifications –
Brilliant Minds Christian Academy of Technology employs instructional personnel
who meet the minimum qualifications required to teach in a Florida private school. All
teachers are required to hold a minimum of a degree from an accredited college or
university. Instructional staff must also possess the appropriate credentials,
certifications, or subject-area qualifications consistent with Florida private school
requirements.
The school ensures that all instructional personnel demonstrate competency in
their subject areas and are qualified to provide effective instruction. In accordance with
Florida law, teachers are not required to hold Florida state teacher certification;
however, all staff members meet or exceed the educational and professional standards
established by the school and applicable regulations. Background screening and
ongoing professional development are maintained in compliance with Florida
Department of Education and state requirements.
